Goodbye English archaic royal decree
Just so it’s on the record, I am completely passing the Magna Carta project off to Lakuuna. This means I am not longer at all involved in the game, and they will be free to release partial work if they want. There’s no sense in my sitting on it any longer with how long they’ve been doing the bulk of the work. I probably will not participate in editing either.
I haven’t heard from Dave Shadoff in a long time, but I don’t believe I am going to finish the Guyframe script. I’d like to just hand him what I have. It’s over half complete, so maybe someone else would be willing to perform the finishing touches?
As for Destiny of an Emperor III, I’m passing that to Gideon Zhi. He has someone who is interested in translating a Chinese game, and I know it will get done a lot faster as one of his projects.
The Web sites The Clouds of El Sallia and my Emerald Dragon page are also up for grabs. If you would be interested in hosting and maintaining either Web site please contact me. After a 5 year tenure as the web’s only English language Langrisser page maintainer, I think I’ve done enough for the community.
Yes, I’m trying to thin out my load. There’s various reasons for this, most importantly work and research taking a huge portion of my time, and neither of those are going away any time soon. It’s silly to make people wait on me for things I’m not working on when they could be done much faster in other hands.
