I'm really surprised to hear this since I used QDATools to make my last release. Can I ask what version of PHP you are using? I used 5.0 when developing, so maybe there is a behavior issue between versions. I remember a lot of my old code for deinterleaving that worked in 4.0 was busted in 5.0, which led to a few complete rewrites in NINJA. And the unpacker errors out when trying to unpack anything I've repacked.
