Urgent update to WineLocale

For fresh Feisty installers, I’ve found a problem in my WineLocale script. Apparantly, some of the locale names have been deprecated in Feisty, and they worked for me beforce because I upgraded from Edgy. On a clean Feisty install, the fail.

This update fixes Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese support. Check the WineLocale sub-page for the download link.
