By Chris; videolamer.com; June 19, 2007; News and Crap

    四位老外谈中国春节
By Li Haiyuan; Global Times; February 15, 2007; Page 11

The Global Times is a subsidiary of The People’s Daily, one of two newspapers in China that is still 100 percent owned and operated by the central government. I was roped into doing an interview with them about, of all things, Christmas. Essentially, they were looking for sound bytes in response to a crazy professor who wanted to declare war on the day, naming it as a source of “Western soft power” that is trying to conquer China.

    Japanese ROM Translation
By John Szczepaniak; Retro Gamer; Issue 25 (June 2006); Pages 102-105

This was a comprehensive article on the translation scene written by Szczepaniak. I had several interviews with him and was one of his main sources for the story. I am mentioned in the article as the “professor in China.” My actual name appears on the last page where he highlights the Heroine Anthem translation project.
